Together.fun’s development follows a deliberate three-phase strategy: from cultural hook, to trading revolution, to the ultimate degen playground.

Phase 2
Q3 2026	Launch core gamified trading platform (Tofu Arcade). Implement PvP Trading Tournaments and P&L NFT System. Integrate player profiles, clan systems, and live chatroom and reward system. Q4 2026	Token Generation Event ($TOFU). Community distribution and liquidity mining. Unify user identity between RugPad Royale and The Arcade. Integrate Game-Fi and Trade-Fi experiences.
